Birthday party venue picks are infinite. So why choose an animal shelter when water slides and laser tag are also options? Simply put, because it gives your child the chance to give back. Children, both little and big, may find the idea of being charitable a totally foreign concept. If your kiddo is all about themselves right now, don’t worry. It’s completely normal for young children to focus on “me, me, me.”
A shelter party takes a lesson in giving and combines it with something your pet-loving child adores: cute furry animals.

Birthday parties at ACS are $200, last 120 minutes and can involve a variety of activities depending on timing and the age and size of your group.
What’s included:
Birthday parties at ACS last 120 minutes and can involved a variety of activities depending on timing and the age and size of your group.
The first 60 minutes are led by an ACS staff member and may include an adoption floor tour, an activity and a meet and greet with some of our adoptable animals!
The last 60 minutes are yours to celebrate, open gifts and eat any dessert items (should you choose to bring them) in our party room.
Plus, each guest gets to “Adopt A Pet” stuffed animal to take home!
Do you ever stop having birthdays? Of course not! Adults are welcome to host their birthday parties at AHS, too!
While we cannot allow grown-up beverages, we can accommodate a more mature crowd by tweaking some of our party activities. Please reach out with questions via our contact form.
Because we are an animal shelter, we must always take the health and safety of our animal friends into consideration, as well as the experience of our adopters.
