Jesse O'Conner

Jesse grew up in rural NEPA and has had a passion for animals since he was old enough to walk. As a child, he helped his grandfather train bloodhounds for search and rescue, and he spent his high school years volunteering at his local Humane Society. Jesse enjoys hiking, camping, and going on road trips with his dogs. He currently lives with his fiancé, 4 rescue dogs, and 2 rescue cats.

Jesse joined ACS in 2022 as a Canine Caregiver, and in 2023 became the Kennel Team Lead. In 2024 he moved into our Humane Education and Volunteer Coordinator position and looks forward to working side by side with our volunteers and expanding upon educational opportunities for the local community.
